Launch control: These terms are the owner-approved launch version for website sales. Production checkout is still controlled separately by release flags, payment secrets, distribution readiness and the final production enablement checklist.

1. Seller

The seller is A1 Audit App, a Netherlands sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 42122780 and VAT ID NL005512205B05. General contact: info@audita1.com. Customer support: support@audita1.com. The business registration and address details can be verified through the Dutch Chamber of Commerce register using KVK 42122780.

2. Customers and intended use

Website sales may be made to business customers and consumers where A1 Audit is permitted to sell. A1 Audit is an assistive professional audit tool. The Professional Use Statement applies regardless of whether the purchaser legally qualifies as a business or consumer. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by business-oriented product wording.

3. Annual desktop licence

A1 Audit Desktop — Mac or Windows — €120 excluding VAT per licensed device/year

Each paid licence covers one active desktop device at a time. The customer chooses Mac or Windows when the licence is activated. The licence can later be moved through the controlled transfer/replacement process; buying a Mac-or-Windows slot does not create simultaneous rights on both platforms.

The €120 annual subscription price is the net price excluding VAT. Stripe calculates applicable VAT, GST or supported sales tax from the transaction, billing and tax information. Applicable tax may therefore be added to the €120 net price; valid business reverse-charge or other supported tax treatment may reduce or remove tax charged. The amount payable and tax treatment must be shown before payment is confirmed.

Android and iPhone/iPad purchases remain subject to the relevant Google Play or Apple App Store purchase process.

4. Quantities

Standard website checkout supports 1–20 desktop licences. Each additional active desktop device requires an additional annual licence. Orders above 20 devices require a written quote and may be subject to separate terms.

5. Billing, tax and payment information

Stripe hosts the payment flow and collects the billing address and, when relevant, business or VAT/tax-ID information. A1 Audit does not collect full card details or full bank-account numbers. The customer must provide accurate billing and tax information. Tax calculation does not remove the seller's or buyer's obligations under applicable tax law.

6. Fulfilment and device activation

A browser success page, invoice page or installer download does not itself grant a device licence. Subscription state is accepted only after authoritative server-side Stripe verification. Device activation, refresh, transfer and replacement remain controlled by the A1 Audit desktop-licensing service.

7. Subscription term and renewal

Each subscription runs for one year and renews automatically for another one-year term unless cancelled before renewal. Before payment the customer must expressly accept the annual-renewal and automatic-charge terms. A renewal reminder is planned 14 days before the scheduled renewal. Cancellation of future renewal is available through My account / the Stripe Customer Portal once the portal is enabled for the customer account.

Cancellation of future renewal normally preserves access through the already paid term. It is separate from a consumer's statutory right to withdraw from an eligible recent distance contract.

8. Consumer withdrawal

Where the purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer, mandatory withdrawal rights apply. The website provides an online withdrawal function and the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy explains the current process. A1 Audit does not rely on a waiver of the statutory cooling-off period unless the exact consent, acknowledgement and confirmation requirements for the applicable digital-content/service contract have been separately reviewed and implemented.

9. Payment methods

Where the selected payment method supports recurring collection, Stripe may store a reusable payment-method reference for future annual charges. For SEPA Direct Debit, a Stripe-presented mandate must be accepted before debit. Pending, processing, failed or action-required payments do not create new paid access.

10. Payment failure and end of paid term

During an already paid term, licensed functionality continues subject to the licence rules. When a paid term ends without successful renewal, new licence-gated desktop capabilities may require a renewed or active registration. Existing local audit records are not intentionally deleted, moved or made read-only merely because the commercial desktop licence ended; access to and editing of an audit that already exists continues to follow the application's established user-role and audit-state permissions.

11. Refunds, disputes and non-conformity

Refund, cancellation, duplicate-payment and dispute handling is described in the Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy. Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content or services prevail where applicable.

12. Availability and territories

A1 Audit may offer website sales worldwide, subject to tax registration, sanctions, export controls, payment-provider requirements, platform/provider rules, insurance limitations and other applicable restrictions. Availability in the interface is not a representation that every tax registration or legal condition is satisfied in every country. Registrations, filings and remittance remain the seller's responsibility where applicable.

13. Updates and professional responsibility

Updates are provided when needed to maintain security, legal conformity, compatibility with supported operating systems, or to correct material defects. A1 Audit does not replace professional judgement, controlled source documents or an organisation's regulatory responsibilities.

14. Final legal provisions

The Terms of Use and Desktop EULA, Privacy Notice, Refund, Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy, order confirmation and any applicable platform annex form part of the agreement. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
