1. Intended purpose
A1 Audit is an assistive professional tool for preparing, conducting, documenting, reporting and following up audits. It helps organise requirements, questions, evidence, findings and reports.
2. What A1 Audit does not do
A1 Audit does not determine which law, regulation, standard or procedure applies. It does not guarantee compliance, certification, inspection success, regulatory acceptance, product release, quality approval or legal sufficiency.
3. Professional judgement
The authorised user remains responsible for selecting the audit scope, interpreting requirements, evaluating evidence, grading findings, approving conclusions, reviewing reports and deciding how the output may be used.
4. Source documents
Users must verify that regulations, standards, SOPs, questionnaires and other source material are current, authorised and applicable. A1 Audit does not replace access to controlled source documents.
5. Report review
Generated reports are drafts produced from user-entered content and must be reviewed and approved by an appropriately authorised person before issue or reliance.
6. Local records and backups
Standard audit content remains locally stored unless the user deliberately exports or transfers it. The user must protect the device, account, exports and backups according to the sensitivity of the audit information.
7. Supported use
A1 Audit may support GxP, quality, food safety, operational, supplier and internal audits, but the user must determine whether the product and its configuration are suitable for the intended regulated use.
