1. No fixed release calendar
A1 Audit does not publish updates merely to meet a calendar. Releases are assessed and issued according to identified need, risk, compatibility and legal obligations.
2. Security updates
Confirmed vulnerabilities are assessed by severity, exploitability, affected versions and customer impact. Appropriate corrections, mitigations or customer instructions are provided for supported versions.
3. Legal-conformity updates
Changes may be released where reasonably required to maintain conformity with applicable product, privacy, cybersecurity or platform requirements.
4. Compatibility updates
Compatibility corrections may be issued for operating-system changes within the published supported-platform scope. A1 Audit cannot guarantee indefinite operation on unsupported or materially altered systems.
5. Material defects
Defects that materially affect core audit creation, local data integrity, reporting, subscription access or secure operation are assessed and prioritised according to risk.
6. Customer responsibility
Customers must maintain supported devices, install notified important updates, protect credentials and preserve backups. Continued use of an unsupported version may limit support or available remediation.
7. Data protection during updates
Updates are designed not to delete existing local audit records. Customers must nevertheless maintain an encrypted export or other suitable backup before important upgrades or device replacement.
8. Support period
The formal vulnerability-handling support period and end date for each commercial release will be published before checkout is enabled and maintained in the release documentation.
9. Reporting vulnerabilities
Security issues should be reported privately to info@audita1.com. Do not include unnecessary customer audit content, passwords or payment-card information.
